DEPOSIT AND BOOKING TERM

A $25 appointment deposit is required to hold your time slot.
This deposit is applied toward your final total, but it is not the full cost of your service.
 
Our base appointment fee is $75, which covers one to three signature and standard local travel.
Your final cost may vary based on:
  • Number of documents
  • Travel distance
  • Document type

Please Have Ready
  • A valid government issued ID for all signers
  • All documents to be notarized 
  • Any special instructions from your attorney, lender, or institution
If additional documents are added at the appointment, the final price will be adjusted accordingly.
 
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours result in forfeiture of the $25 deposit.
