Appointment & Booking Information
For your convenience, appointments can be scheduled directly through our website. Once your booking
is completed, a confirmation will be sent to you. If you have questions prior to scheduling your
appointment, please feel free to call or text , we are happy to assist you.
Identification Requirements
- All signers must be physically present.
- Each signer must provide valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification.
- The name on the ID must match the name on the document(s).
- Expired IDs, photocopies, and images on a phone cannot be accepted.
Witness Requirements
If your document requires witnesses, you are responsible for providing them. Witnesses must:• Be 18years or older • Have valid photo identification • Be physically present at the appointment If you need usto provide witnesses, please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements. Witnesses
provided by our office are available for an additional fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or
last-minute cancellations may require prepayment in order to book a future appointment.
